The Beginning
Northstar was founded in 1995 in the city of Marshall in USA’s mid-west. Starting off as a family-owned business, Northstar was built up on good old-fashioned quality and personalized service. While the business has now grown to a thriving and well-recognized maker of modular homes, these attributes have not been compromised. To facilitate further growth of Northstar Systembuilt, investors have now bought the company as seeing the potential, and a new Marketing campaign is about to be launched. The network of strategically placed Dealers is also being actively expanded.

We've known for awhile that building modular or pre-built homes is the best and most efficient way to build. That's why we combine the efficiences and benefits of factory building with custom floor plans and designs.
